Linda Haury is an accomplished executive coach with more than 30 years of senior marketing leadership experience across corporate America. She has led global marketing operations for Fortune 500 technology companies, guiding organizations through start-up phases, periods of rapid growth, and complex acquisitions. Linda brings deep expertise in business development, M&A integration, performance analytics, and team transformation—consistently driving strategic and operational excellence. Known for her visionary leadership and strong communication skills, she builds high-performing teams and advises senior executives on strategic planning, market positioning, and organizational alignment.


Can you tell us a little about your professional background?

I bring over 30 years of executive-level marketing leadership in corporate America, with a focus on global marketing operations in Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing tech firms. I've led teams at organizations like Citrix, Johnson Controls, and DataCore, managing $50 million budgets, scaling international demand generation, and driving post-merger integrations. Throughout my career, I’ve built and led high-performing marketing teams and aligned vision, execution, and people to deliver measurable business impact.

What led you to pursue executive coaching?

After decades in corporate leadership, I was ready to apply my strategic and operational strengths in a more meaningful, personal way. Today’s leaders face extraordinary complexity—from digital disruption to shifting workplace dynamics—and they need more than advice. They need a coach who understands the business landscape, speaks their language, and can help them cut through the noise. Coaching allows me to be that strategic partner and guide.

What coaching experience did you have prior to joining ProAdvisorCoach?

I’ve worked with executive coaches myself since the early 2000s, which was relatively uncommon at the time. Those relationships were instrumental in shaping the leader I became. Internally, I’ve mentored many professionals—especially rising women leaders in marketing—and it’s been deeply fulfilling to watch their growth. Coaching is a natural extension of what I’ve always done informally; now I bring that experience to clients as a certified coach.

Who is the ideal client for you as a coach?

I’m most impactful with senior leaders or executives who are transitioning to higher levels of responsibility—those who are leading teams and need to build cohesion, elevate performance, and create a culture of excellence. My clients are often navigating complexity and looking to drive change while maintaining clarity and alignment.

What results do you aim to deliver for your clients?

I help leaders reduce the noise, gain clarity on their goals, and escape the trap of reacting to the “tyranny of the urgent.” Together, we focus on building sustainable performance—both for themselves and their teams—through practical insight and intentional leadership.

What draws you to the role of coach versus being on the executive side?

I value the opportunity to share what I’ve learned across decades in the tech and business world—especially having started in tech back in the 1980s. Helping others navigate similar paths, avoid pitfalls, and seize opportunities is incredibly rewarding. Coaching allows me to amplify the impact of my experience by empowering others.
