Who do you find most rewarding to coach, in terms of their personality or goals? I'd be forced to put myself into a corner if I said it was one specific vertical. I would say it's more of an archetype of a person that I tend to work with.  The person that does well with me is leader who’s an overachiever and a recovering perfectionist
